Massage/Bodywork is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session you should immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to your level of comfort. Also Massage/Bodywork should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and you should consult a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment that you are aware of. Also understand that Massage/Bodywork therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session should be construed as such. Because Massage/Bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, please be sure to state all your medical conditions honestly and keep the therapist updated as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapists part. It is also understood that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by you will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.

 A $15 fee will be charge on your next visit.
Show up late 
Will be considered as walk-in bases in more than 15 minutes late.
We love gift certificates
We hope that every single gift certificate you have given as a thoughtful gift will be redeemed and loved by the lucky recipient. Each regular gift certificate is marked valid for a full year from the date of issue. Please make sure to use them within 365 days.
Gift certificates and package deals are
non-refundable but are transferable. If you cannot make it, then pass it along. We'd love to see somebody use it.
Weekend Scheduling
Weekend are our most busy time due to a big number of walk-ins clients and sometime we must (with deep regrets) call you to extend your scheduling time or to reschedule. We thank you for your patients and understandings.
 
Massage Side effects and risks - PLEASE READ.
Health care providers recommend that patients not have massage therapy if they have one or more of the following conditions:
  • Deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot in a deep vein, usually in the legs)
  • A bleeding disorder or taking blood-thinning drugs such as warfarin
  • Damaged blood vessels
  • Weakened bones from osteoporosis, a recent fracture, or cancer
  • A fever
  • Any of the following in an area that would be massaged:
    • An open or healing wound
    • A tumor
    • Damaged nerves
    • An infection or acute inflammation
    • Inflammation from radiation treatment
If you have one or more of the following conditions, be sure to consult your health care provider before having massage:
  • Pregnancy
  • Cancer
  • Fragile skin, as from diabetes or a healing scar
  • Heart problems
  • Dermatomyositis, a disease of the connective tissue
Dermatomyositis: A chronic inflammatory disease of skin and muscle which is associated with patches of slightly raised reddish or scaly rash. The rash can be on the bridge of the nose, around the eyes, or on sun-exposed areas of the neck and chest. Classically, however, it is over the knuckles. When the characteristic inflammation of the muscle (myositis) occurs without skin disease, the condition is referred to as polymyositis.
  • A history of physical abuse
Side effects of massage therapy may include:
  • Temporary pain or discomfort
  • Bruising
  • Swelling
  • A sensitivity or allergy to massage oils
